The 60th Annual Yakima County 4-H Equine Training School at the Durand Arena in State Fair Park, Yakima, is scheduled for June 22-25, 2017. Stabling of horses and mandatory tack check will be available on Thursday, the 22nd, from 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. This show is for all who would like to learn more about showing in the 4-H Horse Project. There will be English and Hunt classes, Western classes, Horseless Horse class, Green Horse class and free ride time with instructors. A potluck dinner will take place on Friday evening at 7 p.m. A silent auction and tack sale will run throughout the school, concluding after Sunday’s lunch. Some light hotel usage will occur from people who don't camp.
